Partner Day 2023 | june 8th

SPREAD YOUR WINGS

2021

It's been a year like none other.

We’ve grown (and groaned) stretched (but not broken) and felt more fully what it means to be connected, even though we’ve been apart.

Yes, we have changed. Are you ready to make it matter?

As we move into a 'new normal', carve some time out to build your own awareness of the revolutionary changes happening all around us. Be ready to create larger opportunities in your business and the world. Learn from big thinkers who are challenging the status quo and leaning into important questions. Collaborate with CultureTalk community members who are creating deep engagement with their clients. Meet new people and form partnerships that inspire and challenge you in new ways.

The countdown is on to CultureTalk Partner Days and we can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Let's bridge the gap between individual potential, team performance and organizational strategy.

Bridging the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Gap:

Let Your Archetypes Do the Talking

CultureTalk is one creative approach to drive the conversation in a constructive way that brings energizing inclusion to the table, instead of more triggering confusion to the workplace. Archetypes, Communication and Igniting Change that Matters

Block D

Archetypes provide us with storylines, voice, and energy that activate a variety of communication patterns. While we have habits we lean into, Archetypes provide us with scripts for shifting to different communication styles that help us build connection and trust. Drawing on their  theatre backgrounds three CultureTalk Partners will lead this interactive session. By exploring the spectrum of Archetypes that exist within each of us, we learn to adapt to the needs of the present moment while staying grounded in our individual authenticity – we ignite change that matters through self-aware and intentional communication.

Time Blocks

We will have four, two-hour timeblocks with breaks in between. We will announce speakers for each block closer to the event.
We do our best to accomodate international timezones, but in the event you miss a block– we do record each session!
