If you choose to use your demographic question or add additional questions, you’ll get a results report that is broken down by demographic category in addition to your overall report.
Some example demographic breakouts might be:
- Tenure
- Manager vs. Non-Manager
- Department
- Region/Office Location
- And others
If you are adding demographic questions, there is space on this order form for you to add both the question and the multiple-choice responses. You can leave this field empty if you do not wish to include a demographic question.
Some things to keep in mind when designing demographic questions:
- We recommend collecting only demographic data that you need and plan to use.
- Too many questions may give respondents pause.
- Avoid creating demographic groupings that will jeopardize the anonymity of someone's responses.
